By using SignKaro.com services, the user accepts the following terms and conditions, including the instructions on our website, www.SignKaro.com.
Information on www.SignKaro.com, such as the “How to use?” section, are only recommendations and are not intended as guidelines. SignKaro is not liable or responsible for the actions of users or other individuals who have read or been informed of such information or other written material.
SignKaro undertake to follow all local tax legislation for the sale of digital signature and related products in the countries in which it operates, such as payment of VAT, if any applicable.
SignKaro reserves the right to change these terms any time.
Eligibility to buy online
By placing an order on SignKaro.com, the user confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age.
SignKaro reserves the right to restrict users from buying on SignKaro.com if the user is not buying the products for his/her own purposes. SignKaro also reserves the right not to ship products to such users.
All prices on signkaro.com are subject to change without any notice.
Each user can only register once with his/her street address (P.O. boxes or similar arrangements are not permitted) and can only have one account. In addition, users must not provide misleading information on registering.
The chosen user name must not in any way be indecent, insulting or intended to deceive or mislead other users. Users are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential.
SignKaro reserves the right to change or terminate an account and annul purchases on that account at any time if the user is in breach of these terms.
All products bought are non-refundable
The user can purchase the product/item by using the "Buy Now" option subject to the refund policy of SignKaro.com.
Paying for products
Products can be paid for by using a credit / debit card or netbanking facilitated by payment solution of DirecPay (A Times Group company) for domestic and PayPal for International. SignKaro reserves the right to stop delivery if the user does not render payment. SignKaro is not responsible for technical problems at the supplier of the payment solution.
Once an order is closed, the user goes to My Account for information on the total price and payment details. The buyer must also provide an accurate delivery address on the account before SignKaro can ship the product. After SignKaro has shipped the product, it will take a few days for it to reach the buyer in case of physical products.
Deliveries and returns
The product will be delivered to the address specified by the user under My Account. All technical service and product support matters must be taken up directly with the manufacturer according to their terms.
Refund policy applies only if SignKaro is unable to deliver the end product after placement of an order.
Refund policy does not apply if the buyer is unable to submit relevant documents for processing the order or submits invalid documents not acceptable to the validation team.
SignKaro cannot be held responsible for disruptions in operations and temporary unavailability of website
SignKaro’s service is normally always active, 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, due to circumstances beyond SignKaro’s control, the service may experience disruptions in operations. SignKaro is not responsible for the site becoming overloaded and the consequences thereof.
